Terms and Conditions

• Closing Sunday 12th April 2026,  drawn at 1.00pm Thursday 16th April 2026 at the office of Kids with Cancer Foundation, 'Mitchell Park', 22/22 Hudson Ave Castle Hill NSW, public welcome. Results will be published on kidswithcancer.org.au on Thursday 16th April, 2026. All winners will be notified by registered mail. 900,000 tickets printed. 
• Ticket value and prize value is in Australian dollars (AUD) 

1^st prize is a ‘Winner’s Choice’ valued at $80,000 retail of any motor vehicle or vehicles, or a combination of vehicle & boat, bike, caravan etc. or holiday, or Gold Bullion. 

• The winner of the first prize, if they are a multi ticket buyer of 3, 5, 10, or 25 consecutive tickets will also receive a single bonus between $2,000-$10,000 i.e.: 
• 3 tickets $6 – Retail shopping vouchers, $2,000. 
• 5 tickets $10 – Retail shopping vouchers, $4,000. 
• 10 tickets $20 – Holiday or retail shopping vouchers of your choice, value $6,000 
• 25 tickets $50 – Holiday of your choice, or a shopping spree, in one store of your choice, to a value of $10,000 
• Only one bonus applies to a maximum of $10,000, and the winner’s bonus does not apply to 2nd – 10th prize winners.

Prizes 2^nd – 10^th $200 Harvey Norman Gift Card

7.1 The draw will take place on Thursday, 13 August 2026 at 1:00pm AEST.
7.2 The draw will be conducted at: Kids with Cancer Foundation 22/22 Hudson Avenue Castle Hill NSW 2154
7.3 The draw will be conducted electronically.
7.4 Members of the public are welcome to attend.

8. Prizes
The following prizes will be awarded:

*Winners Choice – The Winner has the option to take the $80,000 in Gold Bullion, new Car, a Holiday, White Goods or a combination of all to the value of $80,000

8.1 Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
8.2 Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing provider.

9. Winner Notification
9.1 Winners will be notified by phone and in writing by registered mail using the contact details provided at the time of entry.
9.2 The names of major prize winners may be published in accordance with regulatory requirements and will be available on www.kidswithcancer.org.au from 6pm 13/08/2026.

10. Unclaimed Prizes and Redraw
10.1 If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to registered mail within 30 days of the draw date, the prize will be deemed unclaimed. 10.2 A redraw will be conducted at: Kids with Cancer Foundation, Mitchell Park 22/22 Hudson Avenue Castle Hill NSW 2154
10.3 The redraw will be conducted using the same method as the original draw (electronic draw including all original valid entries) and be drawn at 1pm on Friday 18th September, 2026
10.4 Members of the public are welcome to attend the redraw.

11. VIP Club Draws
11.1 VIP Club Draws are open to VIP Club Members who have a successful monthly automatic ticket payment.
11.2 VIP Club prizes are as follows:

**Victorian residants will receive a $2,500 Coles Myer Gift Card.

11.3 One entry per eligible VIP Club Member per draw.

12. General Conditions
12.1 The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12.2 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the lottery, subject to regulatory approval.
12.3 Any variation to these Terms and Conditions must be approved by the relevant regulatory authority.
12.4 All entries are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

13. Privacy
13.1 Personal information collected will be used solely for the purposes of conducting the lottery and in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988
